Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed:

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as festivals or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.

  • Selected international destinations (on request please contact us before ordering)

Delivery Time Estimates

Inside Nepal:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select cities)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time depends on the destination country and courier availability. Typically, international orders arrive in 7–21 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Free Shipping Offer:
