Returns Policy

Overview

Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
  • Digital products or services that have already been delivered
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status:

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund (depending on item condition) to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item at no extra cost to you.

  • Exchanges must also be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement.

If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to our error
  • The wrong item was shipped

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking information.

Important Notes

  • Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to you.
  • For hygiene reasons, some product categories (like skincare or intimate apparel) may be non-returnable even if unused.
  • Store credit may be issued in some cases instead of a refund.
